A Research on Creativity
I have started a little research on creativity. The discussions I've had with another artists is beyond fascinating! I'm hoping to publish some of the outcome soon. Interesting times and at the moment enjoying Brighton, England. This city is always buzzing with creative stuff so will be great to see what comes out when I'm back home, my brain seems to be tingling with enthusiasm.

Melbourne Aquarium by Flukso
Back home in Finland from Melbourne, Australia. I spent three last days on the piece outside Hoboken cafe, Hosier Lane. Really sweet couple of days, I got to speak to many (other) tourists passing by and got photographed as well. At first it was really intimidating but once I got used to it, I started enjoying the buzz of the street.
The outcome of this work is that I really hope to get to paint as many walls as I possibly can in the (near?) future. So if there's anyone reading this and you know a perfect wall in the city you live, just drop me a line. I will consider travelling pretty much anywhere in the world to paint.

Work in Progress

Melb
Another sketch for Melbourne. I will have to make the pic less detailed in the final piece, but for the time being I'm not gonna limit it too much. I'd rather experiment on my own "handwriting" than create artificial boundaries at the moment. I know the big scale will change the process naturally without me having to do anything else than be creative with it. Went to Make Your Mark Gallery today to get some markers, they are so nice! Will try and do one piece with them before I go.

The Street Monsterrr
I'm traveling to Melbourne in a month and hoping to get a chance to create some murals (or at least one!) while in there. This is a sketch to get some ideas what to do - I'm thinking of getting some cool markers and drawing this rather than painting. I gave Make Your Mark Gallery a ring yesterday and they said they have markers up to 3 cm thick tips. That sounds pretty damn awesome - also they said you can just buy an empty marker and mix your own colours and fill it up. I think I confused the sales guy saying I feel a bit dizzy of joy hearing something like that. But anyways. Happy days. Something really nice coming up soon...
